Refund Policy

  1. Unworn/unwashed products can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase/delivered with their original receipt & tag. 
  2. There is no refund policy at One Degree.
  3. Specifically, for online purchases:

a.  If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving your order. No requests will be entertained after 14 days of delivery. T&C apply!

b. The Company reserves the right to cancel any order at any stage.

c. There will be no exchange, no refund, no claim and no return policy for the discounted items & which are on the offer.

International Orders:

Currently, One Degree does not have an Exchange/Return policy for international orders. However, if you were delivered an incorrect or damaged item then please contact our customer care department for further help.

Note: Please make a video of the package and invoice during  opening of your order and keep them with you unless you find your complete order intact. It will be helpful to resolve your complaints timely, in case you receive an incorrect or damaged article. The customer shall bear any additional charges for custom clearance or any other variation in price beyond our control.

In case of any complaint (such as receiving a damaged article or a similar issue), you need to document your complaint with pictures through any of our chat mediums Facebook, Instagram, Live Chat, or Email immediately after order delivery. Otherwise, the complaint will not be catered to.

At ONE DEGREE, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order. Our goal is to make your shopping experience smooth and stress-free. Please read our cancellation policy below for full details.

 

Order Cancellation Requests

 

Cancellation Timeframe:

You can cancel your order only before it is processed for shipping. Once your order has been fulfilled, we cannot accept cancellation requests.

 

Important Note:

  • There is no cancellation policy for paid orders. Once payment is made, the order cannot be canceled under any condition.
  • One Degree may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock; pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.

How to Cancel:

To cancel an unpaid order before processing, please contact our customer support team at smonedegree@gmail.com or call us at 042 111 347 425. Make sure to include your order number and a short message requesting cancellation.

 

Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

If your order has already been shipped or if the payment has been made, cancellation is not possible. However, after receiving your item, you can still request a return or exchange. For details, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
