Return & Exchange PolicyDomestic Orders:
- Unworn/unwashed products can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase/delivered with their original receipt & tag.
- There is no refund policy at One Degree.
- Specifically, for online purchases:
a. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return the product and get Online Store Credit for the same amount for future purchases, within 14 days of receiving your order. No requests will be entertained after 14 days of delivery. T&C apply!
b. Online Store Credit means you can return your purchase and utilize the same amount for a later purchase.
c. Online Store Credit will remain valid for a period of one whole month.
d. The Company reserves the right to cancel any order at any stage.
e. There will be no exchange, no refund, no claim and no return policy for the discounted items & which are on the offer.
International Orders:
Currently, One Degree does not have an Exchange/Return policy for international orders. However, if you were delivered an incorrect or damaged item then please contact our customer care department for further help.
Note: Please make a video of the package and invoice during opening of your order and keep them with you unless you find your complete order intact. It will be helpful to resolve your complaints timely, in case you receive an incorrect or damaged article. The customer shall bear any additional charges for custom clearance or any other variation in price beyond our control.
