Return & Exchange Policy
- Unworn/unwashed products can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase/delivered with their original receipt & tag.
- There is no cash refund policy at One Degree.
- Specifically, for online purchases:
a. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return the product and get Online Store Credit for the same amount for future purchases, within 14 days of receiving your order. No requests will be entertained after 14 days of delivery.
b. Online Store Credit means you can return your purchase and utilize the same amount for a later purchase.
c. Online Store Credit will remain valid for a period of one whole month.
